Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking will only be considered valid once full or partial payment (as specified) has been received by Royal Pearl Travels and a confirmation is issued to you.
Payments
At the time of booking, you must pay the specified deposit or full amount as communicated. The balance payment (if applicable) must be made before the travel/service date, failing which the booking may be canceled.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Once confirmed, prices will not change except in the case of government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations beyond our control.
Amendments & Changes
Any request for changes (dates, names, services) must be made in writing and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for amendments.
Cancellations by Customer
Cancellation requests must be made in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility will depend on the type of service booked and timing of the cancellation.
Cancellations by Company Royal Pearl Travels reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient participation, government restrictions, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative booking or a full refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate personal details and ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, etc.) where applicable. Royal Pearl Travels shall not be liable for issues arising due to incorrect information or failure to obtain required documents.
Health & Insurance
You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to travel. Travel/medical insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain bookings.
Liability Royal Pearl Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers.
Force Majeure
No liability shall arise if services are affected due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, etc.).
